But, there's no requirement that you use only the Senseo brand of coffee in your coffee maker. Pod coffee makers have become so popular that many manufacturers are making these pods in a wide variety of flavors.

Melitta pods are individually wrapped, which helps them stay fresh longer. Individually wrapped coffee pods are particularly beneficial when the coffee lovers in the house can't agree on a single flavor, requiring you to have more than one package of pods open at the same time.
