Keurig B40 Elite Single Cup Coffee Maker Review Featured Hot

For the last six months, I have had the pleasure of using a Keurig B40 Elite Single-Serve Brewer for my daily coffee and tea. Sleek and easy to use, the B40 takes the hassle out of making coffee and brews a consistently delicious cup of coffee.

Designed for K-Cup single serving coffee cups, the B40 offers two convenient serving sizes, 7.25-ounces and 9.25-ounces. The smaller size is perfect for a delicious cup of Breakfast Blend, while the larger size is ideal for mellowing out the more robust blends, such as French Roasted. Simply choose your flavor, pop it in, press the handle down, and choose your cup size. Home brewing couldn’t be easier!

The B40 also shines in the convenience department. With a large, 48-ounce water reservoir, I can go all day without having to refill. Hot water is always on hand for me and my guests to enjoy our favorite drinks. Easy to clean as well, I have found that a one-ounce Dezcal packet every couple of months is perfect for keeping my water reservoir clean and the taste of my beverages fresh and delicious.

Perhaps my favorite part of owning the Keurig B40 Elite Brewer is the freedom to choose whatever drink I feel like and knowing that it will turn out perfect every time. There are so many incredible flavors of K-Cups available and the B40 makes it easy to try them all. My first experience with a cup of Keurig brewed coffee was at my local car dealership. While my car was being serviced I tried a cup. They had a variety of Green Mountain products and I tried the "Dark Magic" variety. I was hooked. Shortly afterwards, I purchased the Keurig B40 and love it. What's to love? I love a great cup of coffee any time of day. I love the fact that there are a myraid of varieties of k-cups available online or at some leading retailers. For us coffee lovers, variety truly is the spice of life! I love the fact there is no waste nor stale coffee to deal with...just one perfect cup at a time. I currently have six different varieties in my pantry and love every one of them. I also enjoy a cup of tea or a cup of hot chocolate once in awhile but, coffee is my favorite hot beverage and the Kerig B40 is perfect for me. Additionally, the coffee for example, comes out at what I consider the perfect temperature and, I love the fact there are two cup sizes available to choose from. The Keurig B40 is an attractive appliance and complements well in my kitchen. When a friend or a family member visits they always notice the B40, ask about it and try a cup. Guess what...most have gone out and purchaed one for themselves!! I love this appliance and love that great cup of coffee it produces! The Keurig B40 is priced right and I would recommend the Keurig B40 to anyone who like me, enjoys a great cup of coffee!

We have this coffee maker in the aprtment complex that I lived in! It is great and I love having instant coffee. Sometimes I would make one hot cup and then two cups in one large glass. I could enjoy the hot cup and the next morning, I would mix the double cup with cream and ice and make iced coffee and frozen drinks. The tea packs are wonderful as well. hot or iced! My little cousin and grandpa love the hot chocolate, available in white or regular. It's truls a great invention and you never have to worry about wasted leftover coffee.

I was given this as a wedding gift and the first morning I used it I knew it was my favorite gift. I love the fact that you can make two different size cups of coffee. My husband love the larger cup where the small one is perfect for me. I also love that It always has hot water waiting for me when I want a cup in a hurry. I recomend this machine to everyone

I just bought the Keurig Elite and I absolutely love it. With my busy schedule I can jsut grab a cup of coffee and go. Or if I have company, with one machine I can serve one coffee and one tea.

This is so convenient, easy to use, and there's no mess to clean up. The Kcups come in great varieties - I like the caribou - and I can buy them at my local supermarket or online. So much easier than brewing a whole pot and having half of it go to waste.

my first experience with a keurig coffee brewer was at my sister's while i was visiting and it was delicious. i just love the fact that each coffee lover can choose their own type of coffee and have a freshly brewed cup everytime. i have just moved into a fantastic apartment in a very chic urban area and want one for myself! it's perfect for a single, working person who loves coffee but doesn't need to make an entire pot.

The B40 was the first Keurig I had the opportunity to use. Our friend had this on her counter and I inquired about it's quality, valued, and use. She told us about it and how she just wanted it. She was not really even that much of a coffee drinker. She pulled out her sample box of K-cups and we both seleted what we preferred. After about a minute each of brewing time, a little cream, a little sugar, first taste, and SOLD! I was hooked and immediately telling my wife I had to have one. The Keurig is so reliable with it's brewing quality and taste that the cost of the equipment and K-cups is easy overlooked. Not to mention I WON MY B60 ON THIS VERY SITE!! Thanks to trying the B40, I found Aromacup and the sweepstakes and the favor of God of course.

Have used the B30 for two months now. When I'm in a hurry in the morning, it is a great time saver with easy cleanup. I do wish I could get a larger cup-full, but this is a minor problem.

I have had the chance to use our friends B40 for some time now. We are over at their house frequently and typically use it when we have dinner with them. We have the B60, so it is nice to compare models. The B40 is solidly built and seems that it might be less prone to issues since it has less electronics (no lcd, no timer, etc...) The water tank is the same size as the B60 and it makes a great cup of coffee. It only makes two drinks sizes and for me personally, I would miss the smaller size. It would limit the ability to really make a stronger cup of coffee or iced coffee for me. However for someone that just drinks coffee, this unit is great. We will be getting the mini one of the B40 for my parents this fall. I am leaning towards the B40 since it has the water tank and all the basic functions of our B60, just without the frills. Overall it is a great unit and I think it will fit my parents needs perfectly (coffee that is sealed and ready to use anytime, one cup, and a variety of options.)

My brother has one of these and I love it! He loves it too! I really want to get one...as soon as I can afford it!

It makes a great cup of coffee when it makes it but it doesn't always work right. In the mornings, I follow the instructions but it does one of 2 things; it either dribbles a little into a cup or it over fills a cup. Most of the time, I end up using 2 and sometimes three kcups before I get a cup of coffee. At fifty cents a pop, I might as well stop by StarBucks on my way to work.

Like I said, it makes a great cup of coffee but it isn't worth the cost and frustration.

If they can make a reliable unit, I'd consider owning one again but not until then.

My sister has a B40 model and I tried it for the first time and now I am hooked. I loved it! It tastes as good as Starbucks Coffee House. I am definately going to get one. This is fast and fresh. We are avid coffee drinkers and always want a fresh cup, this is perfect.
