Cons:
- you can not grind and use your own coffee; must use pods (when use ESE pods)
- leaks at first (near the button valve and the sides of the cap), but this resolves with use
- temperature is mediocre and the cup must be pre-heated to insure hot espresso
- espresso produced is not of the same quality as that produced by a home machine or coffee shop
